05 Aug Colorado Springs Real Estate Stats: Bill McAfee
Did you know that the Colorado Springs real estate market is appreciating faster than other Front Range I-25 corridor cities? Today, Deborah Elliott-Shultz is joined by Bill McAfee of Empire Title to discuss some of the factors affecting our real estate market.
In the Colorado Springs area, anything under $250,000 is going within 48 hours. However, if your home is priced above $500,000, you’ll be looking at a much longer time frame to sell because these buyers are being much more picky.
Do you own a townhome, or are you looking to purchase a townhome? Last year’s storms caused a lot of damage in some parts of the city and many of the townhomes are still waiting to be fixed. Some of the delay has to deal with HOA’s, assessments, loss riders, and HO6 policies.
Come listen as Deborah and Bill discuss things that are affecting the real estate market in Colorado Springs. While nobody can foresee what the market will do in the next few years, you’ll want to hear today’s broadcast to find out why Bill and Deborah think our market will continue at this pace for at least another year.
